Intake Process
Step One
Our marketing liaison will meet you at the hospital, your home, or your job to ensure a seamless transition. We will review all documents and steps required to get approval with honesty and integrity.
Step Two
A registered nurse will come to your home to complete an assessment of medications and the therapeutic care needed and develop a schedule that reflects your child’s daily routine to ensure continuity and consistency.
Step Three
Upon receiving the approval for services, a registered nurse will accompany the nurse, personal care assistant, or companion sitter assigned to your home to ensure that communication, efficiency, and professionalism at the start of care.
