We’re hiring registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurse (LPN). We’re searching for caring clinicians with G-tube, trach, and/or vent experience. We REQUIRE at least one year hands-on pediatric nursing experience. We are a locally-owned and operated organization seeking to provide rewarding, lifelong careers for our nurses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator management, following established protocols and best practices.
- Educate and train patients’ families on tracheostomy and ventilator care techniques, enabling them to provide care at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN or RN license in GA.
- Minimum 1 years of experience working as an LPN or RN in pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- Familiarity with caring for children and young adults with special needs, including developmental disabilities and complex medical conditions.
- Proficiency in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and related procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and handle emergency situations with confidence.
- Dedication to providing quality care and improving the lives of pediatric patients with special needs.
Pay Rate: $27- $33 – Shifts Available

Pediatric Caregiver
